You can order products directly from our web-site using a valid credit/debit card. Please read our Privacy Policy for information about how we use your personal information. We DO NOT share your personal information with anyone else.
All of our products are packed to ensure they arrive in perfect order. If your product fails to arrive in less than perfect condition please notify us on support@createyourframe.com. All despatch items within the criteria of the shipment service stipulated in your order. This will mean all orders will normally be dispatched within 4 working days of the order subject to payment approval being received.
Our delivery service is by a dedicated recorded delivery service. For England and Wales and Southern Scotland, orders received before 13.00 Monday to Friday will arrive 4 working days before 5.30pm. Orders placed after 13.00pm Monday to Friday will arrive no later than 5 working days. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will arrive before 5.30pm Wednesday. Bank Holidays will delay orders by 1 day.
PLEASE NOTE: For orders placed between 16th and 21st December, unless an item is promised for 2 day service delivery on the item description, all orders will be delivered at the earliest opportunity on or before the 24th December via special courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
IMPORTANT: When you place the order, the address supplied will be the address the parcel will be delivered to. If the courier arrives and no one is there to sign for the parcel they will leave a Card with a Reference Number along with a telephone number you can call to re-arrange a delivery. Should you not contact them, they will attempt a re-deliver within a few days. Should there be no one again to sign for the parcel then they will again leave a Card. If you do not contact them they will retain the parcel for 3 days after the second delivery attempt before sending it back to us. They will not re-deliver the parcel after the second attempt and you will be responsible for picking the parcel up form the Courier Depot. If you require a re-delivery after the second attempt there will be a £5 re-delivery charge and if you do not pick up the parcel before it is returned to us then there will be a £16 charge for re-delivery. These are costs incurred direct from courier and you are liable for them. We believe this a fair service since our courier guarantee delivery on a certain day and will also attempt a re-delivery a second time without charge and you have the option of arranging a re-delivery with them at your convenience.
All orders include one delivery to England, Scotland or Wales. If you require the frame to be delivered outside these territories please e-mail support@createyourframe.com for an upto date delivery cost.
We cannot guarantee delivery due to third party delays. Periods of delays can be caused by busy period such as Christmas.
In any event, if we foresee any unreasonable delays we will email you the order status and you have the right to cancel without penalty.
All frames and their retail boxes are sent in triple-ply cardboard packages to ensure they are extremely well protected and arrive in pristine condition.
All orders are sent courier Recorded Delivery (or Royal Mail Recorded for small parcels) which means they need to be signed for. Our couriers will not leave packages without an approved signature. You are responsible for signed packages delivered to the address provided.
We will only despatch products to England, Scotland and Wales to an address of the valid Credit Card holder unless it is pre-authorised via our sales team who can be contacted via sales@createyourframe.com.
